MotorJudge is a free decision tool for the three biggest money questions about your car: refinance, lease or buy, sell or keep. Each tool takes a few numbers and returns a yes-or-no verdict with the math visible. Vehicle data comes from NHTSA, the EPA, and fueleconomy.gov.

We make money when readers click through to our partners and sign up. We do not adjust the verdict to favor whoever pays most. That is the whole point of the brand. If we ever started doing that, no one would trust us, and the site would die.

The site runs largely on automation. A small team (sometimes just one person and a lot of code) curates partners, reviews published content, and keeps the math honest. Everything else is built to refresh itself.
